Debi has been the absolute best! She asked what area I wanted, the characteristics of the perfect house and my budget. She found me the perfect house that had only been on back on the market a couple days and I had not seen in the " big name realty apps". She not only found me the house in the area and with the ALL the features I wanted though. She also kept me under budget AND walking into equity! She negotiated reasonable repair request ( though the house needed few as it was great) and kept me updated through the whole process. She seemed genuinely concerned about my wants and needs and I felt she was as excited as I was when the deal was done.
